Your privacy is critically important to us.
At MulitaSoft (“we,” or “us”), we have a few fundamental principles:
- We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
- We don’t share your personal information with anyone, except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
- We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of one of our services.
- We make great games.
We own and operate the mulitasoft.com website (the “Site”) and the computer games we list on the Site as developed by us (the “Game”). It is our policy to respect your privacy regarding any personal information we may collect while operating the Site and the Game.
Like most website and game operators, MulitaSoft collects non-personally identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. Our purpose for collecting non-personally identifying information is to better understand how our visitors use the Site and the Game. From time to time, we may release non-personally identifying information in the aggregate, e.g., by publishing a report on trends in the usage of the Site or the Game.
Gathering Personally Identifying Information
Protection of Certain Personally Identifying Information
We may disclose your personally identifying information only to our employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations that (a) need to know the information to process it on our behalf or to provide services available through the Site or the Game and (b) have agreed to keep the information confidential and not disclose it to others. Some of those employees, contractors, and affiliated organizations may be located outside of your home country. By using the Site or the Game, you consent to the transfer of your personally identifying information as described in this paragraph.
We will not rent or sell personally identifying information to anyone. However, we will disclose personally identifying information in response to a subpoena, court order, or other governmental request or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is reasonably necessary to protect our property or rights, third parties, or the public at large.
If you are a registered user of the Site and have supplied your email address, we occasionally may send you an email to tell you about new features, solicit your feedback, or just keep you up to date regarding our products and services. We typically use our various product blogs to communicate this type of information, so we expect to keep this type of email to a minimum. If you send us a request (for example via a support email or via one of our feedback mechanisms), we reserve the right to publish it in order to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.
MulitaSoft will take commercially reasonable measures to protect against the unauthorized access, use, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your personally identifying information.
Disclosure Beyond Our Control
The Site includes sections for interactive blogs and forums to which users with a registered account may post. Please remember that any information that is disclosed in the blogs, and/or the forums becomes public information in which you relinquish any expectation of privacy. Also, please remember that MulitaSoft asks that you not disclose any personal information when posting in the blogs, and/or forums and you should exercise caution when deciding what information to share. We reserve the right, but do not have the obligation, to monitor your use of the blogs, and/or forums.
We will not permit individuals age 13 or younger to register and obtain an account, and we request that such individuals do not provide any personally identifiable information to us through the Site or the Game. If a parent or legal guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with personally identifiable information, he or she should contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we will delete the information.
